My brother-in-law got a kidney from his sister 15-years ago and both are doing wonderful today. They are just 15 years older. He is an MD in Minnesota and she lives in Washington State. Sibling donors are wonderful and your family is very fortunate to have siblings willing to do whatever it takes for one another.
